Before I go into what exactly are BCAAs or Branch Chain Amino Acids, I need you to understand that amino acids are the building blocks of the human body. Without them, you simply will not grow or rebuild your body when you need to.

Second, don’t be afraid to ask your waiter or waitress to do a special order for you. There’s nothing wrong with asking for your salad to not have croutons on it. It will save you if you’re trying to not have too many carbs.
Third, enhance your water with BCAAs or Branch Chain Amino Acids. Most people lack proper hydration and that will put your weight loss or muscle gain to a screeching halt. If you keep your BCAAs in the car with you and a shaker handy, you can wash it out and put a little-powdered nutrition in there to keep you on point to making your nutritional goals.
Fourth, keep track of everything you eat, drink, and workout in a fitness app like My Fitness Pal or Cronometer. These apps are there for you to keep you on the plan and make sure you stay with it. Remember, if you can’t track your progress you’re just shooting in the dark.
